Manage AI Models
Learn how to add or remove LLMs to/from your workspace.
As an administrator you have control over which AI models are available to your users and teams, and how they appear. In the AI models section you can:
- Add new LLMs to your workspace.
- Turn LLMs off/on for all users.
- Remove an LLM from your workspace.
- Rename an existing LLM.
The AI models screen is available under the Admin section of the left-hand navigation.
Add a New LLM
Select + Add AI Model from the bottom of the page. Use the dropdown and text fields to:
- Select the LLM type from the supported list.
- Choose a name, this is used internally so select a name that will help your users select the best models.
- Enter the model API Key - get this from the your LLM account.
- Select Connect AI.
The AI model appears in the list once it is successfully connected.
Turn an LLM on/off
If you want to remove access to an LLM but not remove it from Narus, you can turn it off using the toggle. Turning off an AI model will remove it from all user's AI lists. However it can be turned back on at any time by selecting the toggle.
When an LLM is turned off it is grayed out.
To reactivate an LLM simply select the toggle again.
Remove an LLM
If you want to remove an LLM from Narus, select the trash icon next to the LLM you want to remove.
Rename an LLM
Choosing the right names for your models can help your users select the right tool for the job. If you want to rename an LLM select the cog icon.
Enter the new name for the LLM and select Save.
