Configure Spending Limits

Configure Budget Control

Setting a spending limit with Narus gives you the power to determine the maximum amount your marketing department can allocate to AI-generated content over a specified timeframe. This feature allows you to align AI expenditure with your overall marketing strategy and financial goals. Once a team or organisation limit is reached, Narus prevents users from sending prompts, ensuring you stay within budget. If a team member attempts to use Narus after the limit has been hit, they'll receive a notification explaining that the spending limit has been reached. This empowers you to maintain fiscal responsibility while still leveraging the benefits of generative AI in your marketing efforts.

Cost calculations

When calculating the cost of AI usage, Narus uses the published prices for each model. If your organisation has a different cost arrangement, this will not be reflected in the costs shown on the Narus dashboard.
